Dr. Eli Friedman graduated from the prestigious Tufts University in Boston, MA in 1998 and continued his education at Nova Southeastern University, where he received his post-graduate certification in prosthodontics. During his time at Nova, he placed thousands of implants; including early and immediate loading with a focus on full mouth reconstruction. Upon graduating, he was appointed Chief Resident of Prosthodontics.
His passion to provide patients with life-changing results in one day was the catalyst in building one of the most highly specialized Dental Implant Centers in the United States.

Dr. Katia Friedman graduated with honors in 2000 in Montreal, Canada and she has practiced in South Florida since 2004. Dr. Katia designed OneSolution Dental Implant Centers to provide a comfortable spa-like dental experience. The comforts offered are known to relax even the most anxious patients; including those suffering from dental phobias.
Today, OneSolution offers patients a life-changing experience by safely providing teeth in one day during a comfort-focused procedure; this is inclusive of a surgical team that “hold hands” and a private recovery suite where patients peacefully awaken with their new smile.

Nathan Eberle, M.D., D.D.S., received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Iowa. He then moved to California to pursue his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific in California. Once graduating from dental school, he completed his residency in both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and General Surgery at the University of Florida, where he received his doctorate in medicine.
Dr. Nathan Eberle is a board-certified maxillofacial, general, and plastic surgery credentialed surgeon with 10 plus years of training and experience specifically devoted to aesthetic plastic surgery and surgery of the head and neck. Dr. Eberle is one of only 75 surgeons in the United States with these credentials. His education, coupled with his hands-on experience and an eye for aesthetics, provides his patients with a unique opportunity to dream their smiles into reality.
Dr. Eberle is committed to understanding his patient’s desires, analyzing the patient’s unique anatomical structure and designing a tailored surgical treatment that provides both patient comfort and long term results.
Today, Dr. Eberle resides in Weston, Florida with his wife Michelle, an orthodontist, and their two children, Ellie and Nathan Jr. The Eberle’s are very active and can be routinely seen in their community enjoying fun in the sun.
Dr. Joshua Gold is native to Long Island NY. He began his dental training at Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine where he received his D.M.D. There, he developed his interest in prosthodontics and graduated with a prestigious prosthodontic award for outstanding proficiency and clinical performance. Afterwards, Dr. Gold completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Miami VA Medical Center where he was trained in comprehensive dentistry on medically compromised patients. During his residency at the Miami VA, Dr. Gold was the only resident awarded a token of appreciation from his patients as a result of the care and treatment he provided for them.
Following his passion in dentistry, Dr. Gold continued to further his education and completed an additional three years of Prosthodontic specialty training at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, Department of Prosthodontics and Digital Dentistry. During that time, Dr. Gold received advanced training in handling complex dental problems that involved restoring missing teeth and jaw structures. Dr. Gold is highly trained in aesthetic dentistry, crowns, bridges and dental implants including surgical implant dentistry. As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Gold is extensively trained in state-of-the-art techniques and procedures for treating complex dental conditions and restoring supreme function.
Dr. Gold continues to give back to his profession. His research on topics including implant dentistry was recently published. Dr. Gold is a member of many professional affiliations including: American College of Prosthodontics (ACP), American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA), New York Dental Association (NYDA).
Dr. Gold has been a resident of Florida for several years. Currently, he lives in South Florida with his wife and their three boys. Dr. Gold enjoys health and fitness and spends his free time outdoors with his sons.
Dr. Marcela Cardona grew up in Cali, Colombia until she was twelve years old. She then relocated to Weston, FL with her family. She completed her undergraduate degree at Florida International University in Miami, FL and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She truly loves science!
She then continued her education and received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from New York University in 2015. Dr. Cardona then went on to complete her residency and she received her specialty in Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University, where she was named Chief Resident.
When Dr. Cardona isn’t working, she can be found traveling with her husband and son, experiencing life and culture around the globe!
Dr. Mandel graduated from Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela, where she obtained her DMD, and decided to further her studies in the field of Periodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers) where she also obtained a Masters in Dental Science. Dr. Mandel is also certified by the American Board of Periodontology which is the highest degree of education in her field.
During Dr. Mandel’s training in Periodontics, she learned traditional periodontal therapy (gum surgery, bone surgery, sinus lifting, recession coverage) as well as implant surgery and its associated procedures. She had the opportunity to train on five top implant systems and discover the strengths and weaknesses of a variety of implant manufacturers.
Dr. Mandel continues to get trained in the latest procedures in her specialty. That is why she completed training at the Chao’s institute where she was trained in a new and revolutionary procedure called Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation offering a scalpel free, suture free and graft free technique for treating receding gums. She is one of the few Peridodontist in South Florida trained to perform this procedure.
She has authored articles, which discuss the effects of diabetes on periodontal disease and also implant dentistry and its alternatives. Dr. Mandel also enjoys teaching Periodontics at the Lindsey Hopkins AEGD program where she also delivers treatment to the underserved community of Miami-Dade voluntarily.
Dr. Mandel is married with two sons (Benjamin and Eliav) and a little daughter (Shelly) and she likes to spend every free minute with her family.
Kellen Felix is a native Floridian who started out in the dental field as an assistant and has worked as a dental hygienist with Dr. Bussell for the past seven years. Her dental career began early in life. She was the kid who loved going to the dentist! The staff at her pediatric dental office made the experience so fun and comfortable that she found herself lingering after appointments. At 16, they hired her as an assistant.
As an adult, she realizes the dental chair is not a desired destination for most and strives to make every patient she treats feel relaxed, good about themselves and happy by the end of their appointment.
Kellen is married with a one year old son who happily visits the Tamarac office at lunch time. Presently, she’s working to rekindle her relationship with weight training since having the baby. She enjoys dressing up for Star Wars movies, believes in eating well and cultivating good energy for a healthy mind and body.
Niurka is proudly from Miami and of Afro-Cuban descent. She began her journey in the dental industry in 2005 as a dental assistant. She loves making others smile and making visits more enjoyable with her bubbly and energetic personality. During her experience with braces, she sparked a new love for the dental field. This is what drove her to further her education and became a dental hygienist. While studying, she loved educating underserved and underprivileged communities. Niurka prefers to take a more natural and holistic approach to Dental hygiene for those open to seeking this path.
Upon graduating, Niurka was a recipient of the dental hygiene community service award in 2014. The following year she continued her education by obtaining a license expanding her functions to provide local Anesthesia. With this expanded certification, she can provide patients with a comfortable procedure should it be requested. Niurka is bi-lingual and ready to care for both English and Spanish speaking patients.
Niurka is a married mother of 2 boys, Oscar (12) and Elijah (1). When Niurka is not in the dental office she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to live music, and dancing.
Nicolas was born and raised in Cali-Colombia. He’s been in the dental field for 30 years and he’s always wanted to be a Dentist. Nicolas’ goal is to earn his patients’ trust and deliver excellent treatment. He went to Florida University to become a Dental Hygienist in 1999. When Nicolas isn’t working he is working out, playing soccer, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.
