Carol De Grave: My name is Carol De Grave. I came to One Solution because I had missing teeth, like 9 of them, and my other teeth were moving freely, so I couldn’t really chew. I never smiled. I kind of always looked like I was in a bad mood. I came for the free consultation, and I sat down with the doctors, and they were excellent about explaining and not talking over you. They asked if, when you have any questions, just address it, which I did. They answered the questions and then some. But also, I had a lot of medical issues that I had to get clearance for. So the doctors were accommodating and arranging everything as far as helping me to get my implant process started quicker. It was excellent. I had the temporaries, which looked beautiful, and now I have these. And even though I’m older, I want a nice smile, and I want to feel confident. One Solution has really done that for me. I don’t want to cry. But I would definitely come here to get a free consultation. The staff is excellent. They walk you through each step, and they treat you like you’re a human being versus just a number. I did have other consultations, and when I came here, it felt like I was at home because no one was trying to push something on me I didn’t want. They accommodated my finances and my scheduling, and I couldn’t ask for more. Dr. Gold, Dr. London, Beth, awesome. Every time, all the technicians would help and ask if I needed anything, if I was comfortable, what would make me more comfortable. It was a life-changing experience in every sense of the word.
