How many winners will be chosen?
We will be selecting ONE winner per month for TWELVE months. Official Rules can be found here.
Will I be required to appear on film?
Yes, we will be filming a documentary series featuring the stories of 12 patients. You may also appear in various advertising as well.
What is the qualification to enter?
Submission of a video detailing your story and your need for the OneSolution® Dental Implant procedure. We are seeking persons that are energetic and willing to share their stories with the public.
