Giving Back Through Life-Changing Smiles: OneSolution® Donates Full-Mouth Dental Implant Care
A meal shared comfortably. A conversation without feeling the need to hide your teeth. A smile that comes more easily. These everyday moments are at the heart of why we do what we do.
At OneSolution® Dental Implant Centers, we believe our responsibility extends beyond the patients who walk through our doors each day. That belief inspired our team to donate comprehensive full-mouth dental implant treatment to two individuals referred by The Source, a nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness in Indian River County.
Through these two pro bono cases, our doctors, clinical professionals and laboratory team contributed their expertise to help restore function, confidence and dignity.
Connecting Community Support With Specialized Care
For someone working toward stability after homelessness, serious dental problems can add another challenge to daily life. Eating, speaking and feeling comfortable around other people can become difficult. Concerns about their teeth may also affect how confidently someone approaches a job interview or a new opportunity.
The Source identified the two recipients through its established programs and referred them to OneSolution® for care. Our team then provided individualized full-mouth dental implant treatment designed around each patient’s needs.
These donated treatments were arranged specifically through The Source’s referrals. They were not part of a public offer or an open application program for free dental treatment.
Restoring More Than a Smile
The goal of both cases was to help patients eat, speak and smile with greater comfort and confidence.
That work requires careful planning and coordination. The donated care brought together advanced 3D imaging, digital treatment planning, implant surgery, restorative expertise and the resources of our in-house laboratory.
Each member of the team had a role in turning an individualized treatment plan into a new smile. From the professionals planning and providing care to the laboratory team creating the teeth, these cases reflected a shared commitment to helping people through the work we know best.
For our team, the meaning of that contribution extends beyond the clinical procedure. It is also about recognizing the person behind the dental concerns and treating them with care, respect and compassion.
