Our in-house dental laboratory uses a ceramill 5-axis milling machine to create strong, comfortable, and natural looking custom zirconia teeth, proudly handcrafted in the usa, locally in office.
Obviously, it takes tremendous talent and ability to take a solid block of zirconia and transform it into a lifelike, comfortable, and functional implant-supported prosthesis. This is where our highly talented dental laboratory technicians come in, and just as importantly, the Ceramill machine we use to mill the zirconia itself.
At OneSolution® Dental Implant Centers, we use a milling machine known as the Ceramill 5-axis, the absolute best milling machine in the world today. Imported from Austria, this piece of equipment utilizes CAM/CAM design input from our lab technicians to create a fully functional and highly precise zirconia prosthesis right here in our own facility. EXPERT LAB TECHNICIANS
All of the OneSolution® Dental Lab Technicians are highly specialized. It takes a tremendous amount of talent and collaboration to ensure each prosthesis is expertly customized and handcrafted.
The process begins with impressions that are taken. Then models are poured, set, and scanned into the smile design software by our expertly trained OneSolution® Smile Designer. Once the CAD/CAM models are fully customized, they are sent digitally to the ceramill 5-axis milling machine to carve out your smile with unparalleled precision from a solid block of zirconia. As soon as your zirconia prosthesis has been created, it’s sent to our dental fabrication expert to be prepared with porcelain and polished. This incredibly detailed process provides our OneSolution® patients with the incredibly natural and comfortable smiles that they deserve.

One of our core beliefs at OneSolution® as it relates to technology is that the dental materials we use must be second-to-none. Because the OneSolution® procedure consists of a permanent prosthesis (also called a hybrid) anchored to several dental implants, the hybrid itself must meet many criteria: it must be biologically appropriate, a strong material, aesthetically pleasing, functional, and comfortable.
For meeting these criteria, there is simply no better material than Zirconia. Our OneSolution® prosthesis (teeth) that we attach to our OneSolution® Dental Implants are carved from a solid piece of zirconia and contain no metal! This provides the patient with an ideal solution that will last!

THE BENEFITS OF ZIRCONIA
- Extremely high aesthetic value, indistinguishable from real teeth.
- Much stronger than traditional materials such as acrylic bonded to a metal bar.
- Zirconia is extremely dense and non-porous, thus it does not stain and it’s very easy to keep clean.
- Zirconia does not harbor bacteria nearly as much as other dental materials such as acrylic.
- Acrylic prostheses with traditional denture teeth are prone to staining and developing unsavory odors- this is NOT the case with Zirconia.
- Zirconia has no taste of metal that is commonly found with other options.
- Zirconia has been known to outlast acrylic teeth.
- Because full zirconia prostheses are designed using CAD/CAM technology, the fit, feel, and function is much better than other prosthesis options like dentures, or acrylic teeth bonded to a metal bar.
